| There's a new mascara and my vote is still out on this one. I have a love/hate relationship in using this product and it's accompanying primer. Unlike most ma  scaras, Blinc Mascara is not oil based. It is water-resistant and doesn't smudge. That's a good thing for those who get black under their eyes. Kiss Me Mascara goes on in tiny tubes that surround the lashes. It won't flake, run or smear. If you want more volume and length, apply several coats of the Grand Lash Primer before the mascara. On the other side of the application process is the removal process. Lots of water and some gentle pressure on the lashes will remove the tubes which then slide down the face without smearing all over. What scares me is that the tubes look like lashes and I get nervous that my lashes have fallen out because I've rinsed or rubbed too hard. And with my very blond (where did they go?) lashes, I can't tell if I have any lashes left until I put more mascara on and my lashes re-appear. Now, if I don't wash my mascara off at the end of the evening, I can wake up to perfect lashes and no under eye smudges! That's a good thing. But again, I don't feel like my lashes look as lush as using normal mascara. I love the idea, am still not sure of the process. But I keep using it anyway because of the non-smearing, non-flaking part.
